Gatas y Vatas aspires to release a zine with the festival highlighting the performers, and offering art in visual or written media. This work never appears online and is only available in physical format, making it something special you have to obtain in person and collect. Musicians are asked to submit their poems, fiction, recipes (abstract and otherwise), drawings, paintings, collages and more. Volunteers like Marya Errin Jones (of ABQ Zinefest) and Mello Sanchez edit these zines to be sold at the show. 2015’s zine will be brought to you by Sara Century and Celia McKinnon.
